I have been the director of the Toronto Scrabble Club, the oldest and largest official Scrabble club in North America, since the passing in 1998 of founding member and longtime director Mike Wise.
Since 1996, I have been calculating club statistics for the Toronto Scrabble Club, and since I made the software available as a web application, the Oshawa Scrabble Club has adopted it as well.

Also included in the system is a basic web application for maintaining contact information for club members, and for making it available to them in a variety of formats on a password-protected web site.
The National SCRABBLE Association maintains an up-to-date roster of contact information for each of its clubs in Canada and the United States. For legal reasons, it does not give links to club web pages. Here are links to all the NSA club web pages of which I am aware.
